How do I book a session?
Booking is simple. Choose the service that best fits your needs, select your preferred date and time, and submit your booking request. Once your request is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details and next steps.
What happens after I book?
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need to prepare for your session, including your booking confirmation, client guide, agreement, and any additional information related to your appointment. We’ll also be available to answer any questions before your session.
What can I expect during my session?
Our sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and professionally guided. Whether it’s your first time in front of a camera or you’re experienced, we’ll direct you through posing, movement, and expression to create authentic, confident images while ensuring you enjoy the experience.
When will I receive my photos?
Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, while event galleries are delivered within 14–21 business days. Commercial projects have delivery timelines based on the scope of work. Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery.
What are your payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies?
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. One complimentary reschedule is included, subject to availability.
Do you offer custom photography sessions?
Absolutely. Every client has unique goals, and we’re happy to create a session tailored to your vision. Whether you’re building a personal brand, launching a campaign, documenting an event, or celebrating a milestone, we’ll work with you to create an experience that fits your needs.
